By placing an order for fresh meal delivery or booking our catering services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Orders
All orders and event dates are confirmed only once payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments
All upfront payments are non-refundable.
If sufficient notice is provided, a credit may be issued at our discretion, provided that meal preparation has not yet begun.
Once preparation has started, no refunds or credits can be issued.
Catering Services
A deposit is required to secure catering dates. Final guest numbers, menu selections, and dietary requirements must be confirmed by the agreed cut-off date. Any changes may be subject to availability and additional costs.
Fresh Meal Delivery
Meal selections, quantities, and delivery details must be confirmed by the stated order deadline. Late changes or cancellations may not be accommodated once preparation has commenced.
Menu Contents & Substitutions
All menus and meals are prepared as listed. No substitutions are permitted. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of the menu contents as described.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or special requirements in advance.
Pricing
All pricing is based on confirmed orders or menus. Prices are subject to change until payment is received.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services provided. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy Policy (POPIA Compliance)
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Any personal information collected (such as name, contact details, delivery address, and order details) is used solely for:
- Processing and fulfilling your orders
- Communicating with you about your booking or delivery
- Providing customer support and service updates
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless required to do so by law or for essential service delivery (e.g. courier/delivery partners).
