How does the menu work?

A new menu is released every Wednesday. There are 6 meals delivered over three days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

How can I order?

You are welcome to contact us through any of the forms of communication on our contact us page. Please include your address with your order. We will then get back to you with an invoice and any other info required.

When are frozen meals delivered?

Frozen meals are sent out on all delivery days subject to availability. Please ensure to look at our frozen menu.

Do you deliver to me?

Have a look at our How It Works page to see our list of areas, if you are close to that we will deliver to you.

How do I make payment?

Upon receipt of your invoice, please pay by EFT with your name as reference using the provided banking details. POP to please be sent to 083 488 7421.

Do I have to order for the whole week?

No, you are welcome to order for any day in any quantity. You are also welcome to order frozen meals alone.

How do I know my order has been received?

We will reply to you within 24 hours with your invoice on WhatsApp/email and further delivery information. Please feel free to contact us at any time with queries or concerns.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes we offer a GF and Vegetarian meal each day. We are also able to accommodate Dairy Free meals.

Can I return my containers?

Yes please! We, like everyone else are very aware of plastic waste and as an effort to reduce waste try to reuse our containers as much as possible.
