How do I order?
Please sign up or log in to your account. Navigate to our shop page, order from our fresh, frozen or package options. Click items to add the cart, when done please proceed to check out and make payment to confirm the order. Please note no orders will be accepted through Whatsapp.
How does the Fresh meal menu work?
Each Monday the new products will be uploaded. Orders will close on Fridays for delivery the following week.
How do the Frozen meals work?
Frozen meals listed on the website are in stock and delivery will be made on the next available delivery day.
When do you deliver (Fresh and Frozen meals)?
We deliver on Mondays and Wednesday each week between 15:00 and 17:30
How much is delivery?
If you fall within our delivery radius and order a minimum of R500 your delivery will be free. If the cost of your order is under R500 a standard delivery fee of R50 will apply. Should you opt for collection, you will receive a 5% on your order total at checkout.
Do you deliver to me?
We are based in Johannesburg, please refer to this image to see our current delivery radius.
How do I make payment?
We use the secure payment gateway called Stitch Express. This allows you to pay securely and effortlessly in the method of your choosing.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once payment has been received, an email will be sent to you confirming your order.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate substitutions or any other dietary preferences. We have streamlined our offering to include Classic, Low-carb and Vegetarian options to ensure we cater to the majority. Please be sure to check the products for any allergens before ordering.
Returning of containers?
We use a combination of foil and plastic containers. You are welcome to return your washed plastic containers to assist in our sustainability efforts. Your delivery driver will happily take them or you may return when collecting.
Do you cater events?
Yes, we offer a variety of options that can be viewed under the Catering page. If you are interested in ordering, please fill out the form and we will get in contact with you to bring your event to life. Please note we will deliver your catering on any given day.
